Carrie Gibson and Sheila Mays were both instrumental in the purchase of my home in Winston-Salem. I returned to Winston after living out of state for many years. Carrie worked enthusiastically in showing me many homes and areas as the city has grown and I was not quite sure where I wanted to be. Carrie worked long hours and could always find a way to improve on what I was thinking. I was very engaged and she did not seem to mind, but she was always showing me guidance and steering me in the right direction. She is fun and pleasant to be with. She is knowledgeable, but will let you test the waters. She is able to swiftly help access a property. She is able to read you as a person and what you like. I was not an easy client. I was grateful to get to work with her! I would not hesitate to call on this team again as a buyers realtor!!!

Carrie was amazing and very personable! She was very easy to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn’t know what we were getting into. Carrie was super helpful and explained everything throughout the process. She was able to help negotiate with a difficult seller, so we weren't over paying for our house. Herculean Effort To Find The Right Home.Carrie was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and sweet during the complete home search process. Having bought and sold homes on the west coast, I was very frustrated at the North Carolina real estate regulations and other parts of the buying process new yo me in this state. I also was looking in a very wide price range as the right home in the best location for me were important, yet I was not sure where I wanted to be. We looked at many homes and she was very patient. I know that I was not an easy buyer, questioning regulations etc all along the way. I doubt that she has had a buyer like me and I appreciate that she stuck with me. Thank you Carrie!

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Winston Salem, NC. Highly Likely to Recommend. Carrie was very caring and thoughtful of our needs and went out of her way many times in her busy schedule to meet them. When we gave her the idea of a townhome to look for, instead of just looking online at a desk, she drove around to look and found a townhome village that was hard to find from a highway. She remembered the details of what we were looking for and had us check these townhomes. The one we loved the most was the model home of the complex. We requested a two car garage to be built out where the office was in that model home. She went out of her way to make it happen! We love our new and 1st home and thanks so much for Carrie! I definitely recommend Mays Gibson!
