Highly Likely to Recommend. Carrie was great, we worked with her for a few months trying to find a new home while at the same time trying to rent or sell the home we were in .... While not novice or uneducated homebuyers ourselves, there were a few things we needed guidance and advice on and she was always there when we had questions, concerns or reservations. Thanks to Carrie our family was able to lease our former home and close on the perfect home before the thanksgiving holiday! :-)

Bought and sold a Single Family home in Kernersville, NC. Highly Likely to Recommend. Carrie is one of the very best Realtors we have experienced. She works tirelessly and makes herself available 24/7 for her clients. We were relocating from New Bern, NC, and had sold our home there, Closing within 3 weeks. Therefore, we needed to find a house quickly. We were able to physically view homes with Carrie twice, appreciating her comprehensive knowledge of the Winston-Salem area. We wrote two offers during that time, which we terminated due to poor home inspection results. During the craziness of the final move from New Bern, Carrie continued to show us homes that met our extensive criteria ... via FaceTime! We were able to view the homes remotely, and actually wrote an Offer on the home we purchased ... all due to Carrie's creative showings. With her calming voice and presence, she somehow reduced the pressure we were experiencing and diligently attended to all the details. We are so pleased that Carrie was our Realtor, and we recommend her highly!

No use trying others, just call Carrie and get it done. Very thorough on the details. She also helped explain all the latest laws which have really changed a lot over the years. Bought a Single Family home in Advance, NC. Highly likely to recommend. We truly could not have had a better realtor to walk us through the process of buying our first home. We started off not really knowing what we were exactly looking for, and searched for all sorts of houses in a wide range of areas. Carrie helped us narrow our search down and we found a house quicker than we were expecting. Throughout the process, she was patient, yet quick to think and we did not hesitate to put our full trust in her as we worked out the details of purchasing our first home. She was very professional and helpful. My mother in law is not familiar with the area and she helped put her ease. She spent a lot of time with us. She also set up a meeting with a builder and helped my mother in law with understanding various builder terminology and such.
