Carrie was wonderful in helping us find a new home. It was a difficult situation as we were in California looking for a home in OK/AR. All of our viewings were remote. She was very thorough and made sure we looked very closely at any areas of concern. When we found the house we wanted, she coordinated everything for us. During our final walkthrough there were issues with the CO2 alarm going off. She went to the hardware store to buy a new one just to make sure everything was okay. She even took care of the faucets for us so the pipes wouldn't freeze and bust. We had no clue this was something that needed to be done. We arrived on the heels of the biggest snow storm in years to a warm house. We could not have done it without Carrie's help.

Carrie is one of the most dedicated and communicative RE agents I have ever worked with. She was/is 100% engaged and absolutely dedicated and determined to helping us sell my mom's house. Carrie generated more positive activity toward the sale of my mom's house in one month than our previous agent did in nine months. Carrie's effort is outstanding! Experience, Professional and service well after sale! Carrie made the buying of my home so easy. Starting with her contacts, home inspection her guy was the best and through. Found and identified all defects which she used to negotiate ( held over barrel) a great deal of money off price. She also help me find a local lender. Her talents didn't stop there she has a great list of local contractors that are affordable, fair and talented, actually show up. I am new to Fort Smith area, when I reached out to Carrie when I was having problems with contractors she was very key in the resolution of problems contractor. Carrie has earned my highest recommendation, would love to use her in my next real-estate deal.
