Carrie was so helpful to us when purchasing our home from out of state. We were able to do the entire process through her over the phone or online because we trusted her advice and perspective so much. We were always able to reach her easily and she went above and beyond for us, since we couldn’t be there in person for most of the process. She is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and honest. I would happily recommend her to any friends or family!

Buying a new home and moving out of state is a daunting task. We connected with Carrie and she spent the weekend with us scouring the entire area. She probably put 1000 miles on her car in one weekend. We flew back home a bit dejected as the market was thin and homes were sold the same day they were listed. The very next day a home became available that seemed to fit our needs. Carrie immediately jumped in the car and FaceTimed with us so we could see it. It was a For Sale by Owner property which can be a challenge for any potential buyer and realtor. Carrie jumped in and got the job done. Within 24hrs the offer was made and accepted. Crazy to think we bought a home and moved out of state sight unseen- but we trusted Carrie from the moment we met her and she delivered big time. We love our new home and greatly appreciate the tireless effort that Carrie showed to make it happen.

Carrie Gibson is a phenomenal realtor! We could not recommend her more. Carrie absolutely is a superstar realtor. With both the in-depth know how of all the ins and outs of the real estate market and a personality for engaging with perspective buyers/sellers. We worked with her both on the buying and the selling end. With buying she knew exactly the right way to approach the other side to get that little bit of extra wiggle room down, and the way our house was set up and listed made our house look absolutely engaging in the listings. Plus she had a concrete strategy of how we should go about selling it with the situation that had huge interest. Highly recommend her!

Carrie did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Carrie was very involved in all aspects of the closing. she was friendly, responsive, set up regular check-ins, and always gave great advice.

Carrie was excellent to work with. We bought our first townhouse with her, and as first time home buyers, she helped us through the loops. Then, she worked with us to find the most perfect family home, 5 years later. This was when the market was booming, and she gave us tips that would help make our offer get picked, and it did! She also helped us sell our townhome (for over asking!) when we moved into our new home. She has awesome communication, a great system online for finding the houses that fit your likes, is so sweet and caring, and is all around stellar. Would recommend her, and will use her again if needed!
