Carrie found us the perfect property within a week of our first conversation. She knew what area of Winston Salem would be best for us and set up showings immediately. When leaving one showing, a new property came online and she set up the earliest appointment available as this property would be sold within 24 hours. We made an offer at 10:00am and had a return acceptance by 2:00pm. We wanted a fast escrow and Carrier was able to get it done within 2 weeks. She was efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with.
