While Carrie is an experienced expert on the use of the latest home search technology, we weren't quite as comfortable with some of it. Carrie took the time to properly teach us, resulting in a win-win once we were able to use the tools she gave us. Because she is very computer -savvy, Carrie can save you many hours of meetings and work by handling most everything online, including digital document signing. If you haven't bought or sold a home in while you will be amazed at how different things are now, especially during the negotiation and the mortgage processes.
Being very familiar with the types of neighborhoods and offerings in the areas we were interested in enabled Carrie to "cut to the chase" in isolating the best homes for us to tour, saving us a great deal of time by focusing on the homes best suited to us.
Carrie has a wonderful team of equally knowledgeable and caring professionals who can provide support and additional perspective to her clients. This extra input was especially helpful during negotiations and helped us appreciate how the people "on the other side" might view our offers and counter offers.
